Alloa boss Allan Maitland is hoping to add Scott Buist and Mark Brown to his squad for the First Division play-off semi-final second leg with Cowdenbeath. However, Tony Stevenson, Brown Ferguson, Mark Gilhaney and Stuart Noble are missing after the first leg ended 1-1, with Bryan Prunty a doubt.

Cowdenbeath's John Armstrong and Craig Winter are available after suspension.

Dene Droudge and Danny MacKay are injured as Cowden bid for their first win again Alloa in eight attempts.

Alloa Athletic manager Allan Maitland: "Losing a late goal may have disappointed some people, but I was not overly concerned as I wouldn't be going out to defend a 1-0 lead anyway.

"There has been nothing in the games between us and I would imagine this game will be no different."

Cowdenbeath manager Danny Lennon: "We were slow to get going in the first leg and I could not wait to get the guys in at half time.

"We were better in the second period and I felt that we deserved at least a draw by the time the final whistle came. We have to make sure we impose our game on Alloa and not the other way round."
